Where is The Heal?
The clinic is on the 4th floor of the Jamsil Le-El shopping arcade, 329 Olympic-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul. In Korean, the address is helpful to show a taxi driver: search for 더힐피부과의원 잠실점 in Naver Map or Kakao Map. You can also open our location directly in Kakao Map at kko.to/R-EdGx9_zS .
Jamsil is in southeast Seoul, home to Lotte World Tower, Lotte World and Seokchon Lake. It is a lively but less hectic area than central Gangnam, with many hotels, restaurants and shops within walking distance, which makes it a comfortable base for a treatment trip.
Opening hours
Appointments are recommended for all visits so the dermatologist can give you unhurried time.
- Monday and Friday: 10:00 to 20:00
- Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 10:00 to 19:30
- Saturday: 09:30 to 16:00, with no lunch break
- Weekday lunch break: 13:00 to 14:00
- Closed: Sundays and Korean public holidays
Evening hours on Mondays and Fridays are popular with people working in Seoul, and Saturday mornings fill quickly. Korean public holidays such as Seollal and Chuseok can close the clinic for several days, so check dates with us if your trip falls around them. To hold a slot, book your appointment in advance .
How do I get there by subway?
Jamsil Station is served by Seoul Metro Line 2 (green) and Line 8 (pink). The clinic is about five minutes on foot from Line 8, Exit 9. If you arrive on Line 2, follow the signs through the station to the Line 8 side and use Exit 9.
Coming from other parts of the city, Line 2 connects Jamsil directly with Gangnam, Samseong and Hongdae, so most visitors can reach us without changing trains. For step-by-step routes, read how to get to Jamsil and from Gangnam to Jamsil . Allow extra time during the evening rush hour.
Arriving from the airport or by taxi
From Incheon International Airport, airport limousine buses run to the Jamsil area, and many visitors take a taxi or ride-hailing service directly to the Le-El arcade. Travel time varies with traffic, so we suggest not booking treatment immediately after a long-haul flight. Our guide from Incheon Airport to Jamsil compares the options.
If you take a taxi, show the driver the clinic's Korean name or the Kakao Map link above. Once inside the arcade, take the elevator to the 4th floor. If you cannot find us, call +82 2-417-1102 or message us on KakaoTalk.
