Ultrasound and RF lifting

Lifting devices deliver controlled heat to different layers of the skin and underlying tissue, prompting collagen remodelling over the following months.

  • Ultherapy Prime: micro-focused ultrasound with real-time imaging that reaches the SMAS layer for deep lifting of the jawline, brows and neck. Learn about Ultherapy Prime .
  • Thermage FLX: monopolar radiofrequency by Solta that heats the dermis evenly to tighten skin and refine texture, with dedicated face, eye and body tips. Thermage FLX .
  • Sofwave: parallel ultrasound beams focused in the mid-dermis for fine lines and gentle lift with short sessions. Sofwave .
  • Alltite: RF lifting built on DLTD technology for tightening the face and contour. Alltite RF Lifting .

Laser and microwave contouring

Some faces need contour work as much as tightening, especially where soft fullness sits under the chin or along the jaw.

  • Titanium: a triple-wavelength diode laser lifting platform that warms the skin comfortably for instant firmness and glow, popular before events. Titanium Lifting .
  • Onda: DEKA's Coolwaves microwave technology targets fat and laxity in areas such as the double chin, jowls and body. Onda Lifting and Onda Body Contouring .

These devices are often paired with ultrasound or RF lifting in a Design Lift plan, so fullness, contour and skin tightness are addressed together rather than in isolation.

Pigment and redness lasers

Brown pigment and red vessels absorb light at different wavelengths, so they need different lasers and often a staged plan.

  • Vbeam Perfecta: a 595 nm pulsed dye laser by Candela for facial redness, broken capillaries, rosacea and red acne marks. Vbeam Perfecta .
  • StarWalker: a multi-mode pigment laser platform used for spots, freckles and toning. StarWalker Laser .
  • PicoK: a picosecond laser that breaks pigment with very short pulses, used for toning, marks and selected pigment conditions. Pico Laser .

These lasers underpin our Tone Harmony Therapy, which treats pigment and vascular redness together for a more even complexion.

RF microneedling and CO2 resurfacing

For acne scars, enlarged pores and rough texture, controlled micro-injury stimulates new collagen. Downtime ranges from a day or two of redness with RF microneedling to around a week with CO2 resurfacing.

  • Potenza: multi-mode RF microneedling for acne, enlarged pores, scars and texture. Potenza .
  • Secret RF: fractional RF microneedling for pores, scars and firmness with adjustable needle depth. Secret RF .
  • Enpulse: an ultra-pulse CO2 laser for precise resurfacing and removal of selected skin growths.
  • Upulse: a fractional CO2 laser that treats columns of skin to remodel acne scars and rough texture. See CO2 Fractional Laser .

Gentle regeneration and barrier care

Not every skin is ready for heat or needles.

  • LDM Smart Tri: dual-frequency ultrasound used to calm irritated skin, support hydration and speed comfort after laser treatments. LDM Skin Regeneration .
  • Olewave: a non-thermal energy device used for sensitive and barrier-compromised skin, where heat-based treatments may not be suitable. Skin Barrier Recovery .

A device is only as good as the decision to use it. At The Heal, settings, depth and combinations are chosen by the dermatologist after examining your skin, and results vary between individuals. Read about our safety and hygiene standards , or ask which device suits your skin before you travel.

The Heal approach

We keep a broad range of platforms so the treatment is chosen for your skin, not your skin forced to fit the machine we happen to own.

Frequently asked

Our Medical Devices: your questions answered

  • Are your devices genuine?

Yes. The Heal uses genuine devices and consumables supplied through official channels, including single-use tips where the system requires them. You are welcome to ask to see the device and tip before your treatment.

  • Which device is right for sagging skin?

It depends on where the laxity sits. Deep sagging along the jawline often responds to Ultherapy Prime, while surface looseness and crepey texture suit Thermage FLX or Sofwave. Many patients benefit from a combination decided at consultation.

  • Do lasers suit darker skin tones?

Many can be used safely on darker skin with appropriate wavelength choice and conservative settings, but the risk of pigment change is higher. The dermatologist will assess your skin type before recommending any laser.

  • Who operates the devices?

Treatment plans and settings are decided by the dermatologist, and procedures are carried out under direct physician supervision in line with Korean medical regulations. You can ask questions about the device and settings at any point.
