What is Alltite RF lifting?
Alltite is a radiofrequency (RF) device built on what its maker calls DLTD RF technology. Like other monopolar and bipolar RF systems, it delivers controlled heat into the dermis and the fibrous tissue beneath it. Heat causes existing collagen fibres to contract, which gives an initial sense of firmness, and then prompts the skin to produce new collagen over time. The aim is tighter, smoother skin rather than a dramatic structural lift. We keep expectations realistic: RF tightening improves mild to moderate laxity and skin quality, and works best as part of a broader plan.
Who is a good candidate?
Alltite suits adults who notice early softening along the jawline, loose skin on the lower cheeks or neck, or crepey texture, and who prefer a treatment with little interruption to daily life. It can be a good option for those who want to complement or maintain an ultrasound lift. We do not perform it during pregnancy, over active infection or inflammation, or in people with pacemakers or certain metal implants near the treatment area. How Alltite fits with other lifting devices
Different energies reach different depths. Micro-focused ultrasound such as Ultherapy Prime targets the deep SMAS support layer, while RF works mainly in the dermis to tighten and refine the skin itself. Combining the two can address both sagging and surface laxity. What to expect on the day
Treatment starts with a brief review of your goals and any recent procedures. After cleansing and photographs, the treatment zones are mapped. You will feel waves of warmth, sometimes quite hot over bony areas, and the energy is adjusted for comfort. Mild redness and a feeling of warmth or slight swelling commonly settle within hours to a day or two. Makeup is usually fine the next day. Use a gentle cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen, and avoid saunas or very hot environments for a short period. Most visitors continue sightseeing the same afternoon, and nothing about the treatment needs to interrupt a trip.
Maintaining your results
Alltite results are gradual by nature. Collagen remodelling continues for weeks after treatment, so the skin may look firmer over time. Because ageing continues, many patients plan periodic maintenance. Daily sunscreen, a stable weight and good sleep all help preserve the improvement. Smoking and frequent sun exposure, on the other hand, speed up collagen loss, so lifestyle matters as much as the device. Individual results vary.

Alltite RF Lifting: your questions answered
Is Alltite the same as Thermage?
Both use radiofrequency to heat and tighten the skin, but they are different devices with different handpieces and energy delivery. Dr. Yang chooses between them based on your skin, comfort and goals.
Does Alltite hurt?
Most people feel deep warmth with occasional hot spots, especially near the jawline and bone. Cooling and energy adjustment keep it tolerable, and anaesthetic injections are not required. Most people find it easy to tolerate.
Can I combine Alltite with Botox or fillers?
Often yes, but timing matters. We usually perform energy treatments before injectables on the same day, or space them out, so that heat does not affect freshly placed product.
How soon can I fly after Alltite?
Because there is no wound, flying the next day is generally fine. Mild redness or warmth usually settles within a day or two, and you can wear makeup on the plane if you wish.
