How to book from abroad: four simple steps
- Message us on KakaoTalk or by email with your main concerns, two or three clear photos in natural light, and your travel dates.
- Receive a suggested plan outlining which treatments may suit you, how many sessions, and how to time them around flights and sightseeing.
- Confirm your appointment for the date and time that fits your itinerary.
- Meet Dr. Yang in person for a full skin assessment, then begin treatment once you both agree on the plan.
You can start right now on our consultation request page .
Most visitors complete steps one to three entirely online, often within a few days, so you can book flights knowing your treatment plan is realistic.
What to include in your first message
The more we know, the more useful our first reply. Helpful details include:
- Your main concern or goal, such as sagging, pigment or acne scars
- Front and side photos without makeup, in daylight
- Your arrival and departure dates, and any events you need to look good for
- Previous treatments, especially fillers or lifting in the last year
- Medications, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding
Photos help us plan, but the final decision is always made after an in-person examination.
If you are unsure what to ask for, simply describe what bothers you when you look in the mirror. We will translate that into treatment options and explain the reasoning in plain English.
Booking channels and opening hours
KakaoTalk is the fastest way to reach us, and email at yjh34600@naver.com works well for longer messages and photos. You can also call +82 2-417-1102 during opening hours. We are open Monday and Friday 10:00–20:00, Tuesday to Thursday 10:00–19:30 and Saturday 09:30–16:00, with a weekday lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00. We are closed on Sundays and Korean public holidays, so plan around those dates. See location and hours for a map.
Saturday slots fill quickly, so if your trip falls over a weekend, mention it early and we will prioritize scheduling.
Common worries, answered plainly
- Language: consultations are available in English, so you can ask every question directly.
- Safety: your treatment is planned by a board-certified dermatologist, not a sales coordinator.
- Downtime and flights: we sequence treatments so stronger ones happen early in your trip.
- Pricing: fees depend on your plan and are confirmed after consultation, before any treatment starts.
- Follow-up: we stay in touch on KakaoTalk after you return home.
If anything about the process is unclear, ask us before you travel. We would rather answer ten questions on KakaoTalk than have you arrive uncertain about what will happen.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to four weeks ahead is ideal, especially for Saturdays and busy travel seasons. That gives time to review your photos and suggest a realistic schedule. Short-notice requests are welcome too; message us and we will do our best to fit you in. If you are planning lifting, read our lifting treatment trip guide first, then send us your travel dates so we can hold a suitable slot.
If your flights change after booking, just message us and we will try to move your appointment.

Frequently asked
How to Book an Appointment: your questions answered
Do I need to book in advance, or can I walk in?
Booking ahead is strongly recommended, especially for visitors on a fixed schedule. It lets us reserve enough time for an English consultation and any same-day treatment. Walk-ins may face a wait or limited availability.
Is a deposit required to book?
Booking policies can change, so please ask when you message us. We will explain clearly how your appointment is confirmed and what happens if your travel plans change.
Can I book treatment for the same day as my consultation?
Often yes, if the treatment suits you and the schedule allows. Dr. Yang confirms suitability in person first. Some treatments need preparation or are better scheduled later in your trip.
How quickly will you reply to my message?
We aim to reply within our opening hours, usually the same or next business day. Time zone differences can add a little delay, so message us early in your planning.
