Lifting and tightening: our main focus

Non-surgical lifting is where The Heal concentrates most of its expertise, using ultrasound, radiofrequency, laser and microwave platforms chosen for your skin and contour. Each device works at a different depth, so combining them thoughtfully can address deep sagging, surface laxity and fullness in one plan, usually with little or no downtime.

Injectables, volume and skin boosters

Injectables soften expression lines, restore lost volume and refine contour, while skin boosters improve hydration, texture and elasticity from within. Choices depend on your anatomy and the result you want, and natural-looking change is always the aim. Products are approved for use in Korea, and treatment is postponed during pregnancy or when there is active infection at the injection site. Many boosters work best as a short series spaced a few weeks apart.

Acne, scars and pigmentation

Active acne, the scars it leaves and uneven pigment are among the most common reasons people visit a dermatologist. Treatment works best when the type of scar or pigment is identified first, since melasma, sun spots and post-acne marks each need a different approach. Some laser treatments involve a few days of redness or small scabs, so we plan intensive steps around your time in Seoul and your sun exposure.

Redness, sensitivity and medical dermatology

Facial redness, rosacea and a damaged skin barrier need gentle, carefully chosen treatment, and some skin changes should be assessed medically before anything cosmetic is considered. As a dermatologist-led clinic, we treat both. If a mole or growth looks unusual, the doctor will advise whether a biopsy or referral is needed before any removal.

How do I choose the right treatment?

Many people arrive with a device name in mind, but the best choice depends on the cause of the concern, your skin type, how much downtime you can accept and how long you will be in Seoul. A board-certified dermatologist examines your skin first and then suggests a plan, sometimes a single treatment and sometimes a combination spread over a few visits.

The Heal approach

We match the treatment to the cause, not the trend: diagnosis first, then the gentlest option likely to reach your goal.

Frequently asked

Treatments: your questions answered

  • Which treatment is most popular at The Heal?

Non-surgical lifting is the clinic's main focus, particularly Ultherapy Prime and Thermage FLX, often planned through our Design Lift program. Popularity matters less than suitability, so the doctor recommends what fits your skin.

  • Can I combine treatments from different categories?

Often, yes. For example, lifting can be combined with a skin booster or toning on the same day when safe. The doctor sequences treatments so recovery fits your schedule.

  • Do you offer treatments for men?

Yes. Lifting, Botox, pore and scar treatments are all suitable for men, with settings adjusted for typically thicker skin. See our page on lifting treatments for men for details.

  • How do I know which treatment I need before visiting?

Send us clear photos and a description of your concerns by KakaoTalk or email. We can suggest likely options in advance, and the final plan is confirmed after an in-person examination.
