Finding us and checking in

We are on the 4th floor at 329 Olympic-ro, Songpa-gu, in the Jamsil Le-El shopping arcade, about five minutes on foot from Jamsil Station Line 8 Exit 9. At reception you will register, show your passport and complete a short health questionnaire covering allergies, medications, pregnancy and past procedures. See how to get to Jamsil for directions.

Jamsil is one of Seoul's main shopping and leisure districts, so the clinic is easy to combine with shopping, lunch or a walk around Seokchon Lake before or after your appointment. If you get lost, call the clinic and we will guide you.

The consultation and skin assessment

Dr. Yang reviews your goals and examines your skin closely, considering thickness, laxity, pigment, redness and texture. You will hear which treatments suit you, why, what results to expect, how many sessions, the downtime and the risks. Fees are explained before you decide, and you are free to take time or choose fewer treatments. If something is not suitable, such as lasers over active infection or treatments during pregnancy, we will say so.

Photos may be taken for your medical record so progress can be compared later, always with your permission.

Treatment day and aftercare

If you proceed, the treatment area is cleansed and numbing cream may be applied, often for 30 to 60 minutes before lifting or laser. Treatment time varies from minutes for Botox to an hour or more for full-face lifting. Afterward you receive aftercare instructions in English, including sun protection, makeup timing, and when to avoid saunas, alcohol or exercise. Most people return to sightseeing the same day. Read aftercare while traveling for more.

Frequently asked

Your first visit: questions answered

  • How long does the first visit take?

Allow one to three hours. A consultation alone is shorter, but same-day treatment adds time for numbing, the procedure and aftercare instructions. Busy days may add some waiting.

  • Do I need to bring my passport?

Yes, please bring your passport for registration. It also helps to bring a list of your medications and any records of recent treatments.

  • Can I wear makeup to my appointment?

Light makeup is fine, but it will be removed before examination or treatment. Coming with clean skin saves time, especially if you plan same-day treatment.

  • Can a friend or partner come with me?

Yes. A companion is welcome to join you in the waiting area and, if you wish, during the consultation.
