What is Juvelook Volume?

Many people want to restore lost fullness without looking filled. Juvelook Volume, marketed in some regions as Lenisna, belongs to the same PDLLA (poly-D,L-lactic acid) family as Juvelook , but it is formulated with a higher concentration of particles. That makes it suitable for deeper placement, where it stimulates collagen to rebuild lost volume rather than mainly improving surface texture. Results appear gradually as collagen forms, which many patients prefer because the change is subtle and natural. It sits between hyaluronic acid filler, which works immediately, and longer-established collagen stimulators such as Sculptra .

Which areas can it treat?

Because it is not designed for precise shaping, areas such as lips or under-eyes are better treated with other options. Who is a good candidate?

Juvelook Volume suits adults with gradual, mild to moderate volume loss who prefer subtle change over several months rather than an immediate result. It is often chosen by people who want to avoid an obviously filled look. We avoid it during pregnancy or breastfeeding, over active infection or inflammation, in people prone to keloid scarring, and in some autoimmune conditions. Tell us about previous fillers, threads or collagen stimulators, and about blood thinners. Because collagen stimulators cannot be dissolved like HA filler, planning and conservative dosing are especially important.

Treatment, recovery and timeline

After cleansing and numbing, the product is placed with a needle or cannula into the planned areas. Swelling, tenderness and small bruises are common and usually settle within one to three days. You may be asked to massage the area for several days to help even distribution; we will give clear written instructions. Avoid saunas, alcohol and intense exercise for a day or two. Visible change builds over about one to three months after each session, and most people need at least two sessions spaced several weeks apart. Results vary between individuals.

Planning Juvelook Volume around travel

Because results build over weeks, Juvelook Volume works well for visitors who return to Seoul periodically, or who start a course here and continue on a later trip. Flying a day or two after treatment is generally fine. If you need some immediate improvement for an event, Dr. Yang may combine a small amount of HA filler with collagen stimulation.
